According to the Pareto Principle, 20% of the cows on a farm produce 80% of the milk. The other 80%? Only 20%. When we looked at the closed sales for one of our top producing agents, the same math showed up. A small group of people were responsible for nearly 80% of his business. Not always because they bought a lot of properties themselves, but because they became his best referral source.

So stop flying in circles. Figure out who your 20% is, then put your energy there.
