Another home SOLD in the beautiful Hidden Trails community of Escondido...and I have to give my sellers so much credit on this one!
These wonderful clients came to me through a referral from someone who continues to send the most amazing people my way. In fact, the very same person who introduced me to my Happy Hollow sellers ❤️
After talking through a few different strategies for the current market, my sellers decided to take on the updates themselves... and WOW, did they deliver!
Fresh interior paint, new flooring, kitchen countertops and appliances, refreshed cabinetry, and all the little repairs taken care of before the home ever hit the market. They even moved out early so we could have the home looking its absolute best for buyers.
