At Bay Street Blue, we love hosting guests. We want you to spend your time making memories, exploring the beauty of the Upper Peninsula, sipping your morning UP North Roast coffee, and enjoying those beautiful Bay de Noc views. ☕

That’s why we’ve made a few intentional choices:

✨ ZERO cleaning fees. That’s right! We don’t tack on a separate cleaning fee.

✨ No long checkout chore list. We simply ask that you take the trash outside before you leave. That’s really just to help keep unwanted critters, bugs, and unpleasant odors at bay. We want you enjoying your vacation right up until the end!

✨ A direct booking option. Third-party booking platforms can add substantial service fees to a reservation. Depending on the platform and booking, those fees can add up to 15% or more! Booking directly can be a smarter option for both guests and hosts.

We believe your vacation should be about relaxing, reconnecting, and exploring—not paying unnecessary fees or spending your last morning cleaning a house. 💙

💙 We’re Thinking About a Little Winter Refresh at Bay Street Blue!

Winter is when we start dreaming up a few projects around the house, and this year, a little paint refresh with a more “bayside” vibe is on the list! 🌊

We’ve been playing around with Behr English Channel, a beautiful deep blue that feels like it could have been made for Bay Street Blue. 💙

We’re thinking about adding it to a couple of walls in the living/dining area while keeping the rest of the room light and neutral.

So we want to know what YOU think!

Yay!!!

Great news! We have only one step to go before we open our doors! We have our liquor license, occupancy certificate, employees hired and are ready to fill up our kitchen with food! All that’s left now is our health department inspection and we will be ready to serve you once again. Our plans are to open quietly with a grand opening to follow at a later date. It’s been a long journey but we are very close! See you soon 🧡🖤
