I have always had an interest in real estate but scared to take that first step. In fall of 2022, we took the leap and purchased our first investment property and rehabbed both units from top to bottom within 60 days. I appreciate the encouragement of my loving husband, who has so much sweat equity into these properties. I don’t know where I would be without his love, and support. Jeff, you have made me an entrepreneur and I’m glad you are my TCM partner. Being focused on multi-family real estate will allows me to provide a place for my daughter to thrive, while also presenting a business opportunity. My goal is to create a brighter future for our retirement. The emphasis for TCM is trust, integrity, and transparency and that shows in our commitment in building long-term relationships with tenants and establishing a reputable reputation in our community. Outside of real estate we prioritize spending time with family, and we enjoy traveling. Recently, we purchased 3 kayaks that we will try to fit into our hectic youth-sports schedule. I’m proud to say that our 10-year-old son has interest in starting a landscaping business… right now I’m his #1 customer. Also important to me, is giving back to the community with volunteering, which demonstrates my commitment to make a positive impact.
