Here are some helpful tips☺️

1) Rent now days is anywhere from $600-$2,000 a month, you can have a house mortgage for that or less and it will build equity to buy in the future!!

2) Buying your first home does not mean you have to put 20% down, there are different loans out there that you may qualify for with 3%-5% down

3) Get together a realistic budget you are comfortable with while leaving some wiggle room so you will avoid being “house poor”.
