Could spending more time outside improve your mental wellbeing?

Join us and for Coffee & Conversation: Mental Health Benefits from the Natural World on Thursday, October 15.

Guest speakers Dr. Evan Small, Kelly Harer and Tumi Shadreck will lead an interactive conversation about the connection between nature and wellbeing. Learn about Nature Rx, research on the benefits of spending time outdoors and simple ways to connect with nature more intentionally throughout the year.

You’ll also have a chance to connect with local Recreation & Parks staff, discover trails, lakes, parks and outdoor programs in our area, and share some of your favorite places to get outside.
