Hey there, I’m Terrill Carlson, making big moves in the North Georgia mountains, one home at a time. I’m an enthusiastic, expert, RE/MAX agent based in Ellijay, and I’m here to guide you through every twist and turn of your real estate journey. Petersburg, Florida, three years ago, I’ve closed over 12 million dollars in sales, formed lasting connections, and built a reputation for going all-in for my clients. I bring years of experience in sales, stellar communication skills, and a tireless work ethic to the table, but it’s my commitment to relationships and community that truly sets me apart. My wife and I formerly ran a successful foster-based animal rescue, but today, we’re channeling that compassion into a new mission: establishing a local Angel Fund to help residents afford emergency vet care for their pets. We're in the early stages of this effort, but we're partnering with a local ER vet clinic to make sure no one has to say goodbye to their best friend simply because of finances.
