What’s on your mind for our May 12th meeting…

- Road conditions in and adjacent to us. Cracking, the hole on N Gathering, dirty curbs (and they are filthy) Hunter Valley patching is a bad look for us and Seasons needs repair.

- Roofs… walking the neighborhood there are a few that need a professional analysis, from roadside some look in need of work or replacement.

What is your discussion?

Just my take. I do NOT like the new mulch at all. It looks like dirt. Not a fan. I prefer black (and even burgundy) to brown. Brown looks cheap and unattractive.
But that’s just my opinion… my bigger question is, why is there not a chance for all of us to vote on style and color? Someone just unilaterally decide this?

Hope you don’t have any mail😂 ALSO Ava’s posting No trash pick-up for us. Next Ava’s will be Tuesday Feb 3.
