“I think I’ll wait until next year!”

But what if next year brings MORE buyers, HIGHER prices, and LESS negotiating power? 🤔

Here’s the strategy:

🏡 Buy when you can comfortably afford it.
💰 Negotiate the best price.
🤝 Ask about seller concessions.

I hear this from homebuyers all the time here in El Paso, Texas.

But here’s my question…

🤔 WHAT EXACTLY ARE YOU WAITING FOR?

📉 If rates DROP, more buyers could jump into the market, increasing competition.

📈 If rates RISE, today’s financing might start looking pretty good.

⏳ If rates STAY THE SAME, you’ve waited another year.

Here’s what I tell my friends and family:

✅ Buy when the monthly payment fits your budget.
✅ Negotiate the best purchase price possible.
✅ Ask about seller concessions and rate buydowns.
✅ Explore refinancing later if rates drop enough to make it worthwhile.

🚨 Never buy a home you can’t comfortably afford today just because you hope rates will fall tomorrow.

💡 You may be able to refinance your interest rate later, but you can’t go back and renegotiate yesterday’s purchase price!
