Everyone purchases insurance for their properties because they want to be covered in the event that they have a catastrophe happen. They pay their insurance premiums and when they have the misfortune of having wind damage, hail damage, water damage, smoke or fire damage occur... they look to their agent and their insurance company for coverage. Too often they are told that they are denied and damage is not covered, their damage is below their deductible or they are paid, but paid so little that they find themselves "shopping" around for the lowest quote. This ends up leading to so many problems because most often these lower quotes are from people who are not legal, do not have insurance , nor are they bonded. It is imperative that consumers check that anyone working on their homes are bonded and insured to protect themselves in the event that something goes wrong. We are Public Adjusters who get the claims paid properly and we represent the insured (homeowner or property owner). Those who have used us can tell you that it was worth it and are our repeat clients. They call us when something happens and we evaluate the damage to ensure they are filing a legitimate claim and don't ruin their record unnecessarily. We inspect and make recommendations. We work on contingency and usually can increase a claim from 30-50% higher then what it was. We have been successful in reversing denied claims and work with attorney's who specialize in insurance bad faith claims. What are you waiting for?
