I’m excited to share that I’ve partnered with Peoria Public Library to offer a free monthly educational series called,“Foundations of Homeownership.”

These workshops are designed to help Central Illinois residents understand the real-world steps of buying, owning, protecting, and planning for a home. Each 90-minute session features practical instruction from local housing and financial professionals, including real estate, mortgage lending, insurance, legal, estate-planning, financial, and energy experts. Participants will leave with clearer questions, useful planning tools, and a better understanding of the resources available to them whether they hope to buy soon, prepare over time, or make informed decisions as current homeowners.

My first one titled, “Homeownership 101: Your Roadmap From Renter to Owner,” kicks off next week on Wednesday, November 4th from 6-7:30pm. My workshops will continue every first Wednesday of the month at the same time after that. Be sure to mark your calendars now and we will see you there!
