Congrats to my sellers on getting their beautiful Norman home under contract! 🎉👏🏻 It took a bit longer than anticipated for the perfect offer to arrive…but August HIT and so did IT! 🤩

Our current real estate market definitely has its challenges, but nothing that can’t be overcome with the right expertise. It isn’t always drastic changes that are needed to make the difference, sometimes just a few small tweaks can get it done…along with a little patience, of course. 😉

If you (or anyone you know) have any real estate questions, buying or selling, I’d love to help!

No surprise here…this beautiful Edmond home wasted no time going under contract. 🎉🤩

The home-buying season may have been a bit late getting started this year, but it is definitely showing signs of life.

So if this home checked all of your boxes and you’re super bummed that it’s under contract, please reach out! I’d love to help you with your search!
