🏡 JUST SOLD!

Another home has changed hands, and with it comes both special memories and new beginnings. ❤️

Beth represented sellers Mark and Jenny in the sale of their family home—a place filled with memories that will always be part of their story.

Jimmy represented buyers Will and Annalee, who are excited to remodel the home, add their own personal touches, and truly make it their own.

And Beth couldn’t let Mark and Jenny leave the closing table empty-handed! She sweetened the deal with one of her delicious homemade caramel cakes for each of them. 🎂❤️ If you’ve ever had one of Beth’s cakes, you know that’s a pretty good closing gift!

We’re thankful to have had the opportunity to represent both sides of this transaction and help one family close a chapter while another begins a new one.

🐾 In honor of these very special people, Donna Hamilton Realty will make a donation to Friends of the Edgefield Animal Shelter. We love being able to celebrate our clients while also giving back to our community.

Congratulations to Mark & Jenny and Will & Annalee! We wish you all the very best in this next chapter. 🏡❤️
