One of the biggest misconceptions I hear about buying a home is that you need PERFECT credit to qualify. And that's simply not true!

💳 While 620 has traditionally been a common benchmark for conventional loans, there are loan programs that may allow for lower scores. Plus, mortgage credit scoring is changing!

Here's the thing… you might be closer to owning a home than you realize!
