The outside is complete, and now we’re moving inside for the final few weeks of this custom home!

There is so much detail in the woodwork throughout this house, and I can’t wait to show it all as we finish up. It’s exciting to see this family’s vision come together, one detail at a time.

The best part is knowing they’ll be celebrating Christmas in their new home, right on time. That’s what makes the long days and hard work worth it.

We’re grateful this family trusted Harless Home Construction to bring their dream home to life!

What a week for Harless Home Construction! 🔨🏡

From framing porches and installing cabinets to finishing trim, tackling demolition, building custom showers, installing bathtubs, and laying flooring—we’ve been busy bringing our customers’ visions to life!

The days have been full, but so has my heart. There’s something special about watching a project come together and knowing the work we do will become part of someone’s home and everyday life.

I’m grateful to God for the opportunities, thankful for the hard work that goes into every project, and especially thankful for every customer who trusts us with their home.

You’re trusting us with more than a project you’re trusting us with a dream. That means a lot to me.

Thank you for keeping Harless Home Construction busy doing what we love! 🙏

Three weeks. That’s the difference between these two photos.

The house isn’t finished yet, but the progress speaks for itself. Long days, extreme heat, multiple trades, and plenty of challenges, but our team keeps showing up and pushing forward.

Today, I had framers, electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, concrete crews, and general laborers working all day in the brutal 108° Oklahoma heat.

I’m proud to say that we completed the entire day without a single incident, accident, or case of heat exhaustion. Everyone worked hard, stayed hydrated, watched out for one another, and made safety a priority.

A productive day is always a blessing, but sending every man home safely to his family is the biggest win of all.

Today was a good day. Thank you to every person who showed up and gave it their all! 💪☀️

The picture on the left is what a “contractor” left behind. Poor construction, bad decisions, and work that simply wasn’t built to last.

The picture on the right is the Harless Home Construction standard. We tore it down, rebuilt it correctly, and gave this customer the quality they should have received the first time.

Anybody can call themselves a contractor—but the finished product tells the truth.

Harless Home Construction
Built right. Built to last. 🔨

We had the opportunity to refurbish this beautiful rustic cabin on the beautiful lake texoma. Project including whole house power wash with all new stain and sealer. To top it off red doors to set the tone! Turned out 🔥🔥. Up next new outdoor kitchen! Big thank you to my team for making this project happen!
