Lake Erie Home Rentals, LLC Offering quality residential rentals in New York. Lake Erie Home Rentals, LLC is dedicated to professional property management and maintenance.

Professional management driven by a hometown vision. At Lake Erie Home Rentals, LLC, we believe that Home is where the Heart is. Our management company was established with a singular focus: to steward the vision of property owners who have a deep love for the City of Dunkirk—the place where they grew up. These owners are investing in the community to bring back the quality and character of the family-oriented neighborhoods of decades past. Our Role: While the owners focus on acquiring and rehabbing properties to high standards, Lake Erie Home Rentals, LLC focuses on the people. We are here to ensure that the vision of rebuilding Dunkirk is met with professional, responsive, and fair management for every resident. The Homes: The properties we manage are chosen for their proximity to Lake Erie and local schools. They are extensively renovated to blend modern energy efficiency with historic charm. We are looking for long-term residents who want to put down roots and find their "forever home" in a property that is loved and well-cared for. Pet Policy: We know that for many, a home isn't complete without a pet. However, because every home we manage is unique—with different layouts, yards, and finishes—the pet policy is strictly dependent on the particular property. Please check the specific listing details for each home. Lake Erie Home Rentals, LLC – Frequently Asked Questions
