Is the Wasatch Front real estate market picking up momentum this fall?
September's numbers offer an interesting look at where things stand.

While the median sale price remained relatively unchanged at $526,210, homes that went under contract moved more quickly than they did in August. Average days on market dropped from 70 to 59, suggesting that properties finding the right buyers are doing so a little sooner.

Across the Wasatch Front, 2,208 homes sold in September, representing more than $1.4 billion in total sales volume.

For homeowners in Draper and the surrounding communities, these numbers are a useful starting point, but local conditions matter. Pricing trends, available inventory, and buyer demand can vary significantly between neighborhoods and property types.

For sellers, strategic pricing and preparation remain important. For buyers, understanding local market activity can help you approach your search with more confidence.

If you're considering a move in Draper, South Jordan, Sandy, or elsewhere along the Wasatch Front, I'd be happy to help you navigate what the current market means for you.
