The answer is yes. And not just when you’re buying or selling a home.

After 10 years in real estate, I’ve built a pretty incredible network of professionals and gained a lot of knowledge along the way. One of the benefits of working with me is having access to those relationships and resources, even long after we’ve closed.

Whether you’re considering a renovation, wondering what your home is worth, or need a recommendation for someone you can trust, I’m always happy to be a resource.

My relationship with my clients doesn’t end at the closing table. And I hope you’ll always feel comfortable reaching out, even if you’re not planning to make a move anytime soon.

I think we get so focused on finding our dream home that we forget there’s more than one way to get there. And sometimes, the house you want today isn’t necessarily the best decision for where you want to be five years from now.

I’ve talked clients out of buying homes before. Not because they couldn’t afford them, but because once we looked at their bigger financial picture, their goals, and what they wanted their lives to look like in the coming years, the purchase didn’t make sense.

And I think that’s a part of my job that often gets overlooked.

My responsibility isn’t to convince you to buy a house. It’s to help you make an informed decision that supports your goals, both today and years down the road.

Sometimes that means buying now. Sometimes it means waiting, adjusting expectations, or taking a different path to get where you ultimately want to be.

The goal has never been just to get you into a house. It’s to make sure you feel good about the decision long after the excitement of buying has worn off. 🤍

Happy anniversary, babe. I’m lucky to be on this adventure with you 🤍

The things that make you love your home aren’t always the things that will help sell it.

And I get it. Nobody wants to hear that the home they’ve spent years making their own needs a few changes before going on the market. But selling a home requires a different mindset than living in one.

One of the biggest mistakes I see Salt Lake home sellers make is focusing on what their home is worth before thinking about how it’s going to show up to buyers. Because you can price a home perfectly, but if buyers can’t picture themselves living there, we’re already making things harder than they need to be.

Whether it’s decluttering, making small updates, improving curb appeal, or staging, a little preparation can go a LONG way. Especially in today’s Salt Lake real estate market, where buyers have more options and higher expectations.

I’d much rather have those conversations with you before we list than wonder why we’re not getting the offers we hoped for. If you’re thinking about selling your home in Salt Lake County, let’s talk about what actually matters before that For Sale sign goes up.
