Your landlord is talking about selling? What’s YOUR next move? 🏡

My clients decided to get ahead of it! A simple application helped us figure out their budget, and now we’re house hunting with the goal of moving before Thanksgiving and settling in for the holidays. 🔑🤎

Renting and thinking about buying? Message me to get started!

$903,000 CASH!!!

Sometimes life happens, plans change, and you have to make a move, even when the market isn’t ideal.

This Herriman home had already been on the market before I took over. My sellers heard about me, reached out for help, and shared exactly what they needed.

We built a strategy around their goal and when the market shifted, we shifted with it.

The result? A $903,000 cash buyer 🎉👏🎉

My client is a busy doctor who had already relocated to Texas, so they trusted me to handle everything here in Utah and keep the process moving.

There were delays, extensions, and plenty of moving parts, but today it all came together: we sold their Herriman home and they purchased their new home in Texas on the same day.

And the best part? The buyers had been eyeing this home and once we adjust the price they reached out. They are the perfect young family for this beautiful loved home ❤️

There is a rhyme and reason for everything.

Trust the process and make sure you have the right team beside you. Congratulations to the Ashford Family!!

Sometimes all it takes is a conversation. 😊

Last week my client jokingly said, “Maybe I should buy this year.”

I told him, “Let’s see if we can make it happen. Apply and let’s find out.”

Fast forward to today… we’re officially UNDER CONTRACT! 🎉🏡

Since he works out in Vernal, he decided it made sense to invest in his own place he and his family can enjoy while also building equity instead of continuing to rent.

Congratulations! Thank you for trusting me to help guide you through this exciting milestone. I can’t wait to hand you the keys! 🔑

If you’ve ever wondered whether buying is possible for you, don’t count yourself out. Sometimes it starts with simply asking the question.

📲 Let’s see what’s possible for you next.

🏡✨ Congratulations to Noemi and Jazmine on buying their first home!
Their friend had recently purchased a home but didn’t have the best experience with her agent. Instead of referring her own Realtor, she suggested they work with me because she had heard great things 💕
I’m so grateful they trusted that referral!
• They were eager to learn and asked great questions
• We stayed patient and never rushed them
• We found the perfect home for their sweet family
• We secured $10,000 in builder incentives while using our own lender
• The builder lowered the purchase price after the appraisal came in low
• The builder also paid for half of the appliances
A beautiful home, a great community, and an amazing deal for two hardworking ladies who deserve all the blessings coming their way. 🔑❤️
