🏡 Ever wonder what actually determines a home’s value?

It’s about more than just square footage! Several factors come together to determine what a property is worth!
Here in Southern Utah, things like stunning red rock views, outdoor living spaces, and neighborhood location can also play a role!

Thinking about buying or selling? Understanding your home’s value is the first step toward making a confident real estate decision.

🍂⏰ It's time to FALL BACK!

Just a friendly reminder that Daylight Saving Time ends this Sunday, November 1st!

Before heading to bed Saturday night, remember to turn your clocks BACK one hour. ⏰

That means an extra hour of sleep, cozy fall mornings, and a little more daylight to start your day! ☀️🏡

Now for the big question... Do you love gaining an extra hour of sleep, or would you rather keep those longer evenings? 🍁
