☕🙏 GOOD MORNING, Y’ALL! HAPPY SUNDAY! 💕🌸

It’s Sunday, and I have a little reminder for anybody who’s been carrying more than their share lately. ❤️

Even the strongest people get tired.

And honey, I’m not talking about the kind of tired that another cup of coffee and a Sunday afternoon nap can fix! 😂☕

I’m talking about the kind of tired that comes from worrying about your family, trying to keep everybody happy, making hard decisions, and carrying things nobody else even knows about.

Today’s devotional, “He Renews My Strength,” reminds us that we were never meant to carry everything alone.

📖 Isaiah 40:31 reminds us that those who wait upon the Lord will renew their strength and rise up with wings like eagles. 🦅🙏

Sometimes we think being strong means pushing through everything without stopping.

But maybe strength also looks like…

💕 Admitting we’re tired.

💕 Letting go of what we can’t control.

💕 Trusting God when we don’t have the answers.

💕 Giving ourselves permission to rest without feeling guilty.

Resting doesn’t mean you’re giving up. Sometimes it means you’re finally trusting God to take care of what you can’t. ❤️

And let me tell you, that’s a lesson I’m still learning! Because apparently God doesn’t need me supervising every little detail! 😂🙋‍♀️

✨ Today’s Power Thought: When I am weary, I run to God, and He renews my strength.

So whatever you’re carrying into this Sunday, take a moment to be still.

Say a prayer. Take a deep breath. Enjoy your coffee. And remember…

You don’t have to face tomorrow with yesterday’s strength. God will give you what you need when you need it. 💕🙏

It’s Saturday, the coffee’s brewing, and I’m hoping everybody woke up with a little peace in their hearts! ❤️

Now, if somebody has already gotten on your last nerve before breakfast, honey, this one’s for you! 😂🙋‍♀️

Today’s reminder is about sharing God’s nature through the way we treat others.

📖 2 Peter 1:4 reminds us that through God’s promises, we can share in His divine nature.

And let me tell you something…

Being a Christian doesn’t mean we’re perfect. It doesn’t mean we never lose our temper, get our feelings hurt, or occasionally have a conversation with Jesus about somebody else’s behavior! 😂🙏

It means we’re growing.

💕 Learning to show kindness when it’s easier to be irritated.

💕 Choosing forgiveness even when an apology never comes.

💕 Offering grace without allowing people to take advantage of us.

💕 Remembering that everybody is fighting battles we may know nothing about.

God doesn’t expect us to be perfect, but He does want us to keep becoming more like Him. ❤️

And some days, honey, that’s a full-time job with overtime! 😂☕

✨ Today’s Power Thought: I will choose to reflect God’s love, kindness, and grace in my words and actions today.

So before you head out into this beautiful Saturday, remember…

You might be the only glimpse of God’s love somebody sees today. Make it count! 💕🙏

I can walk into a gorgeous house with granite countertops, beautiful floors, and a kitchen fit for a chef…

☕🌸 GOOD MORNING, Y’ALL! HAPPY FRIDAY! 💕

We made it to Friday! And if you’ve managed to get through this week without losing your patience with somebody, honey, you’re already doing better than me! 😂🙋‍♀️

Today’s devotional is called “Share His Nature,” and it reminds us of something pretty wonderful.

God didn’t just create us to get through life. He wants us to grow to become more like Him. ❤️🙏

📖 2 Peter 1:4 reminds us that through God’s promises, we can share in His divine nature.

Now, that doesn’t mean we’re going to wake up tomorrow with perfect patience, endless forgiveness, and a permanent smile plastered on our faces! 😂

But it DOES mean we can keep growing.

💕 We can choose kindness when we’re frustrated.

💕 We can forgive without pretending the hurt never happened.

💕 We can show mercy even when someone doesn’t deserve it.

💕 And we can find joy even when life isn’t going exactly as planned.

God isn’t finished working on any of us yet! 🙏

And thank goodness for that, because some days I’m pretty sure He’s still working overtime on me! 😂❤️

Here’s what I want us to remember today…

You don’t have to act like everybody else just because everybody else is acting a certain way.

You can choose grace. You can choose love. You can choose peace.

✨ Today’s Power Thought: I don’t have to live as the world lives; I can live as God would because His divine nature is in me.

So let’s head into this weekend with a little more patience, a little less judgment, and a whole lot of God’s love. 💕

And if somebody tests your patience today, just smile and remember…

🍁🌳 WHO SAYS YOU HAVE TO LEAVE RALEIGH TO ENJOY NATURE?

North Raleigh has some beautiful places to escape the hustle and bustle!

One of my favorites to highlight is Durant Nature Preserve, with wooded trails, lakes, and plenty of fresh air.

Sometimes all you need is a peaceful walk and a little time away from everybody asking you what’s for dinner! 🤣

Are you a nature trail person or a sit-on-the-porch-with-coffee person? ☕💙

☕🌸 GOOD MORNING, Y’ALL! HAPPY THURSDAY! 💕

Today’s reminder is all about having A Heart of Gratitude! 🙏❤️

Now, I don’t know about y’all, but some mornings I wake up feeling blessed beyond measure… and other mornings I’m just thankful the coffee pot works! 😂☕

And you know what? BOTH count!

📖 1 Thessalonians 5:16–18 reminds us to rejoice, keep praying, and give thanks in all circumstances.

But here’s something I’ve learned…

Being grateful doesn’t mean pretending everything is wonderful when it isn’t.

Sometimes life is downright messy!

💕 People disappoint us.

💕 Plans fall apart.

💕 Prayers don’t always get answered the way we hoped.

💕 And some days, our patience runs out before the coffee does! 😂

But even in those moments, there’s still something to be thankful for.

A roof over our heads. Someone who loves us. Another sunrise. A chance to start fresh. 🌅

And sometimes the biggest blessing is simply realizing that God carried us through something we didn’t think we’d survive. 🙏❤️

Gratitude doesn’t change every circumstance, but it sure can change the way we see it.

✨ Today’s Power Thought: I will choose to be grateful in every season.

So here’s my little challenge for today…

Before you start worrying about everything you need to do, take a moment to thank God for something He’s already done. 💕
