August 19, 2014, this was what the start of Raef Rd looked like. Crazy how time flies. Someone needs to post a photo of Raef today as you are standing on Huff Rd looking west.

As we come to a close in 2024, the 3rd phase of Beecher Trails is moving along nicely. 10 of the 38 lots are sold, leaving 28 buildable lots remaining. See the photo with some notations about some prime lots left...some with NO backyard neighbors, many backing to nice woods-tree'd areas, and maybe the most lots of any phase with daylight basement capability. Hi everyone. Taylor Landscaping has been putting the ribbon mowing (ditches to signs and one strip on exterior of vacant lots) on the lots since growth began in spring. He informed me today that mid-late next week, he will do a mow down of the full lots as the grass has finally gone to seed. We wait for this each spring to allow the lots to fill in with more vegetation and grass cover. From there on until October, his crew will do the ribbon mow every two weeks and the full lot mow down once a month.
