Our office is closed today, Monday 10/12, due to a loss of power and internet from Hurricane Isaias.

We know many of our Communities were hit hard, and we’re thinking of everyone as we all begin to recover. The Wiregrass is a strong community, and we’ll get through this together.

For homeowners in the Communities we work with: if you see damage to Common Areas, such as fallen trees, fences, signs, or entrances, please report it through the CHS app so we can get vendors lined up as soon as possible.

We’ll reopen as soon as service is restored. Thank you for your patience.

KS Handmade did a GREAT job in McAllister Trails! Another trusted vendor CHS works with regularly. We love supporting local businesses in our Community whenever we can!

I loved being able to give McAllister Trails Park a new accessory !💚💛

This custom sign was made to fit over an existing structure, giving it a whole new face while making use of what was already there.

The McAllister Trails Board was wonderful to work with, and I’m so happy with how it turned out!
