They made it home. 🏡❤️

Some closings are smooth. Some make you work for every inch.

This one had inspections, repairs, deadlines, extensions, and more than a few moments where we just had to keep pushing forward.

But this week, Teresa and Justin officially closed on their new home in Clarksville. 🔑

Getting under contract is exciting, but that’s only the beginning. Helping people navigate everything that happens between “offer accepted” and “you made it home” is a big part of what I do.
