The resort offers Destin beach condos with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Destin Pass! Our front desk is open 7 AM - 11 PM, 7 days a week. We have 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 shuffleboard courts, 2 tennis courts, multiple grills, FREE BEACH SERVICE, and a VIP program with substantial discounts for your vacationing needs. We also have a linen exchange for your comfort and convenience.

Who else loves walking down to the jetties when you’re staying here at The Islander? 🌊☀️

It’s about a 10-minute walk down the beach, and it’s such a beautiful way to start the day—especially in the early mornings when the fishing boats are coming through the pass, others are out bait fishing, and there’s plenty of wildlife to watch along the way.

Just one of the many things that makes The Islander and Holiday Isle the most special place in Destin. 💙

October sunsets here at The Islander are a whole vibe 🌅 Families playing on the beach, everyone stopping for pictures, and the sun setting over the jetties. Tonight was one of those evenings you wish you could stay out just a little longer 💛

Good morning and happy Monday from The Islander! ☀️🌴 It’s shaping up to be a beautiful beach day. The water feels amazing, the beach is beautiful, and the chairs are being set up right now!

We’re reopening to guests this afternoon, and we can’t wait to welcome you back! We’ve planned a fun week of activities:

🎨 Tuesday: Airbrush tattoos & hair wraps, 11 a.m.–1 p.m.
🎶 Wednesday: Live music with Bobby D, 6–9 p.m.
🏖️ Thursday: Free sandcastle building lessons for the kids & sand sculpture with Sand Effects, 10 a.m.–1 p.m.
🎬 Friday: Dive-in movie, 6 p.m.

Poolside activities are at the east pool, and Thursday’s sandcastle fun is on the beach!
