Full-Space Transformation

This Dillon, CO mountain getaway experienced flooding that required extensive demolition and reconstruction throughout the unit. K&D Development restored the space from the flooring and drywall to the lighting and final finishes.

The dated flooring was removed, the floor was leveled, and new LVP was installed throughout the living areas. Flood-cut drywall was patched, textured, and painted, while new recessed lighting and baseboards helped complete the updated look.
The result? A clean, cohesive living space ready for its next chapter.
