Rates hit 7.28% this week. Here’s the math nobody puts on a flyer.
On a $350K loan, that’s about $219 more a month than a year ago. Same house, same price.
My honest take: don’t panic-wait, and don’t just accept the sticker payment either. In
DFW right now, homes are taking about 58 days to sell and closing around 95% of list.
That leaves room to ask for credits.
