Rock Lottery has a lot of moving parts. Some of them are literally parked outside Dan's Silverleaf.
Every year, Little Guys Movers provides rehearsal space for whichever unsuspecting musicians the hat throws their way, then parks one of their trucks right outside Dan's, giving five newly assembled bands somewhere to stash their gear, out of the rain and under a watchful eye, until it's time to make some noise.
This is hardly their first rodeo. Back in 2011, when 35 Denton needed a headquarters, Little Guys handed over their office next door to Dan's. They've been providing supplies and muscle for Friends with Benefits • Denton's winter clothing drive since its inception. Almost three decades of lending space, resources, and talent to the various ridiculous things this town insists on creating.
There are plenty of people in Denton willing to make noise. We're awfully grateful for the ones willing to do the heavy lifting.
❤️We love you, Little Guys. ❤️ Thanks for making room for us, year after year.
