2 Days, 2 Closings!
Happy for my clients on purchasing their first home! Even with a few little obstacles, we made it to the closing table today. And a thank you to Marjory Johnson on her help with taking care of the lending side of things - if you're in need of a lender, give her a call!

And...WE also did a thing. Flor and I have purchased a .6 acre lot out in Krugerville and plan on building our next home there in the next year or so. Looking forward to raising our two boys where they will have plenty of room to run around and make some great family memories!
