Wrapping up our 8th stairwell landing! 💪🔨

At this point, we’ve got the process down to a science, completing each landing in approximately one week while maintaining the quality and attention to detail these structural repairs demand.

There’s nothing more satisfying than tearing out years of rot and deterioration and replacing it with something strong, safe, and built to last.

🔨 What’s Behind the Walls Matters.

At Turning Point Renovations Inc., we believe a successful structural restoration starts with understanding the full extent of the damage.

During our recent exploratory work, we carefully opened sections of the exterior to investigate suspected wood rot. What we uncovered was significant deterioration hidden behind the stone and stucco finishes.

🔎 Our approach is simple: Investigate. Document. Protect. Reconstruct.

Once our exploratory work was completed, we took the extra step of neatly covering and securing the exposed areas with temporary weather protection.

Why? Because protecting residents and their homes is just as important as completing the repairs.

While we prepare for the next phase of demolition and structural reconstruction, these temporary coverings help minimize exposure to the elements and keep the property looking as presentable as possible.

Major structural repairs don’t have to mean unnecessary disruption. We take pride in being thorough, organized, and mindful of the communities we work in.

Another stairwell restoration moving right along. 🔨

After completing several of these repairs, we’ve really gotten the process down to a science. From demolition and structural repairs to waterproofing, concrete, and masonry, our crews know exactly how to keep each phase moving efficiently while maintaining quality throughout the entire project.

Another commercial project wrapped up and looking sharp! 🔨

This space received a full refresh from top to bottom, including:

• New flooring throughout
• Plumbing rerouted to accommodate the new layout
• Fresh interior paint throughout
• New 6” wood baseboards installed and painted
• Doors, trim, and frames prepped and painted
• Final touch-ups and punch completed

It’s always satisfying seeing a commercial space come together—from demo and rough work to the final details. Clean, modern, and ready for the client to put it to work.

Looking forward to wrapping up this commercial renovation! 🔨

We’ve made a ton of progress transforming this space from outdated to updated. We removed the old carpet and installed new flooring throughout, rerouted electrical and plumbing as needed, and gave the space fresh coats of paint.

We’re down to the finishing touches — installing the new 6” wood baseboards, painting the doors and trim, and completing the final punch work.

It’s always satisfying when a project gets to this stage and you can finally see everything come together. From outdated to updated, can’t wait to share the finished product!

Final Stage — 6 Stairwell Rebuilds

We’re officially in the final stage of completing six full stairwell/entry rebuilds.

These weren’t cosmetic repairs. We started by gutting out all of the deteriorated and rotted wood, exposing the underlying structure so the damaged material could be properly removed and rebuilt. From there, our crews reconstructed the affected areas, addressed the exterior envelope, and are now moving through the final masonry and finish work you see here.

Projects like this are exactly why you have to fix the source of the problem, not just cover up what’s visible.

Six structures. Extensive wood-rot repairs. Rebuilt from the inside out. Now we’re bringing the exterior finishes across the finish line.

Commercial renovations require a different kind of urgency. Every day a business is under construction can mean disrupted operations, lost productivity, and lost revenue.

We are not limited to just multifamily. We’re also experienced in commercial renovations and alterations, and our team understands how to work efficiently in active business environments while keeping the project organized, clean, and moving forward.

This project is currently underway with new flooring, interior painting, finish work, and additional improvements being completed throughout the space. Our focus is simple: move fast, maintain quality, communicate clearly, and get the business back up and running as quickly as possible.

Another major rebuild taking shape. 🔨

What started with significant structural damage is now being rebuilt the right way—from the framing and sheathing to the weather barrier and exterior finishes.

Projects like this are about a lot more than making it look good when we’re finished. It’s about correcting the underlying issues, rebuilding the structure properly, protecting it from future water intrusion, and delivering a repair that lasts.

Our team is making great progress, and we’re looking forward to seeing this one completely put back together.

Another one in the books! ✅

We just completed a full parking lot striping project across a multifamily community and shopping center.

This one took some serious logistics—coordinating around residents, retail customers, businesses, deliveries, and constant vehicle traffic while keeping disruption to a minimum.

Projects like this are a lot more than putting paint on pavement. Planning, communication, scheduling, and ex*****on all have to come together.

Proud of the crew for knocking this one out and giving the entire property a clean, refreshed look. 👊
