Rain or Shine, Bob Rides for a Reason!

Four years and still pedaling strong!

On Saturday, October 17th, Bob Hintze completed his fourth annual American Lung Association Gulf Coast Bike Trek in Dunedin, Florida. And this year, Mother Nature decided to join the ride with plenty of rain!

But a little rain wouldn't stop Bob! Wet roads, soggy clothes, and all, he pushed through to complete another great ride supporting a cause that truly matters.

The Gulf Coast Bike Trek brings cyclists together to raise awareness and funds for the American Lung Association, supporting lung health, lifesaving research, education, and cleaner air.

After four consecutive years of participating, Bob continues to demonstrate his commitment to staying active, giving back, and making a difference.

A little rain, a lot of determination, and a great cause. Congratulations, Bob! Here's to ride number FIVE next year!

A Palm Beach County native and Boca Raton High School graduate, Alex has spent the past decade helping homebuyers better understand the properties they’re purchasing. His straightforward approach, attention to detail, and commitment to honest, objective inspections have made him a trusted resource for our clients and an important part of the 4 Wahl team.

Those of us who work with Alex also know there’s plenty more to him than inspections. When he’s not on the job, you might find him working on a DIY project, spending time with his dog, Jax, following Formula 1 or football, or diving into his fascination with astronomy and deep-space science.

No electricity. No computerized controls. No Wi-Fi moisture sensors.

Just wind, timber, gears, and some incredibly smart engineering!

Our next stop took us to the famous windmills of Kinderdijk, where centuries-old technology helped manage water and protect low-lying land.

Coming from Florida, where drainage and moisture management are everyday concerns, Bob couldn't help appreciating the ingenuity behind these remarkable structures.

We've certainly come a long way in water-management technology, but let's face it... our modern drainage systems aren't nearly as photogenic!

Next stop: Antwerp, where a nearly 100-year-old escalator is still going strong!
