Some interesting opportunities are showing up in San Elijo Hills this fall. 🏡
My latest review of local listings shows:
• A 1,740-square-foot townhome reduced to $749,000—$66,000 below a same-size home that sold in August.
• A larger detached home reduced $52,500, now asking $63,500 below a nearby, similar-size August sale.
• A home back on the market at $699,000 after previously going pending.
These are reasons to take a closer look. Condition, location, HOA costs and the full listing history still matter.
For buyers, this may be a chance to revisit a home or explore negotiating price, repairs or closing costs. For sellers, it’s a reminder to compare your home with today’s competition as well as past sales.
Curious which opportunities fit your plans? Send me a message and we’ll look together.
