🏢⚠️ CALIFORNIA CONDO OWNERS: HAVE YOU HEARD OF SB 326?

If you own a condo, this is important! 🏡

📋 What is SB 326?

It's a California law requiring qualifying condominium HOAs to arrange inspections of certain elevated exterior structures, such as balconies, decks, stairways, and walkways, to help ensure they are safe.

🔍 Why does it matter?
✅ Helps identify structural damage and water intrusion.
✅ Requires inspections by qualified professionals.
✅ May lead to necessary repairs and HOA expenses.

📅 The initial inspection deadline was January 1, 2025, and inspections are generally required every 9 years.

🏡 Buying or selling a condo? Ask about the HOA's inspection reports, recommended repairs, and potential special assessments. These details can matter!
