🎓 Amazing news to start the week! 🏆

City Schools of Decatur earned spot #5 in Georgia and #4 in the Atlanta metro according to niche’s 2027 Best School Districts ranking 🏫.

This ranking reflects rigorous analysis of academic performance, teacher quality, school culture, diversity, and resources.

It’s a testament to our incredible educators and community–and a great reason to consider (City of) Decatur if you’re considering a move!

Had a blast last week at the Atlanta FLEA! ✨

Was a gorgeous evening at the iconic Swan Coach House supporting the Forward Arts Foundation. Since the 1960s, this annual flea market has contributed $100,000+ to visual arts in Atlanta, and it’s the perfect excuse to dress up, shop, and hang with friends. 🛍️ 🖼️ 🪞

Love this tradition with Moniqua and Leane (Leane Silhan). 😊 🥰 Looking forward to next time!

Help Us Choose! 🎨

We’re prepping a wonderful 4BR/3BA + TV lounge 2,600 sqft City of Decatur home for market (coming around Halloween), and we’d love your input on the paint scheme.

A few things to keep in mind as you vote:

- The lot is decently shaded, so darker colors are risky
- The market is mixed on split-level homes, so one cohesive color may appeal to more buyers than two-toned

Here’s what most people don’t see: Behind every home we sell is a whole team: experienced designers, contractors, landscapers, painters. We coordinate everything. Most homes need minimal investment to shine, but this one requires a strategic approach to maximize appeal and value.

When you work with us, you get access to that entire network. We handle the details so you don’t have to.

Swipe to see the options and vote in the comments! Which scheme wins?

Price Improvement! 693 N. Superior Ave. — Now $675,000 ✨

This is a stunning, FULLY RENOVATED 3BR/2BA + finished basement Clairmont Heights home, and it’s the perfect time to take another look.

This is the home that has it all: 2,254 sqft with great layout, chef’s kitchen with entertaining peninsula, spacious primary suite, and two guest rooms. But here’s what really stands out: the finished basement with two generous rooms. One is perfect for a guest bedroom (not included in the bedroom count), and the other would make a great workout room, den, or playroom. That kind of flexibility is rare.

Add in the backyard made for entertaining, idyllic street, walking distance to Sarah Donuts and Po’ Boy Shop, and zoning for coveted Fernbank Elementary and Druid Hills High School — AND convenient to Emory, CDC, downtown Decatur’s vibrant dining scene and more.

The photos are amazing but don’t do this gorgeous property justice. Reach out to schedule a showing.
