Tucker, your Thursday night plan is sorted!

Games on the Green is back tomorrow, Oct. 22, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Tucker Town Green on Railroad Avenue. Think Giant Jenga, Kan Jam, Four Square and more, with co****le tournaments kicking off at 7:30 (and prizes up for grabs).

No registration needed. It's first come, first served, so just show up. Bonus: you're steps from the Main Street restaurants if you want to grab dinner first.

It runs most Thursdays through Nov. 19, so if you can't make this one, there's still time.

Dekalb Neighbors, a quick reminder before the holidays sneak up on us.

The second installment of your 2026 DeKalb County property tax bill is due Monday, Nov. 16. (Nov. 15 lands on a Sunday this year, so the deadline moves to the next business day.)

A few things to know:
• Paying online by e-check has no fee. Cards have a processing fee.
• Late payments pick up a 5% penalty.
• If your taxes go through escrow, the county still says it's on you to make sure they get paid. If you refinanced or your loan changed hands this year, a quick call to your lender settles it.

Tucker’s days on market has stabilized around 50–54 days this spring — a far cry from the frenzied 2–3 week turnarounds we saw a couple years ago.

COme stop by my open house today from 2-4. This house is in a convenient location located in Tucker/Northlake area. Lakeside school district. This is a beauty and its all about location, location, location. Nice big bedrooms and the primary closet and bathroom are super spacious! Total was Keller Williams RED DAY! We volunteered at Legacy Park and the team was amazing! Lots of mulch was shoveled, others painted houses, planted shrubs, and built chairs and trellises from scratch. What a beautiful day giving back to the community.
