However, I have criteria for doing that business – making that money, which steers my priorities. We need to click – my clients and me. While finding a home is a financial decision, it is a personal investment. If we do not click, it will not be constructive for either one of us. We don’t have to be best friends, but there does need to be trust, camaraderie, and openness. Patience – practiced and instilled. The right buyer and the right home can sometimes take several showings, but no one likes to be rushed, and I won’t rush my clients. Integrity – I give 100% loyalty to my clients. I will not push them into situations where they are not comfortable. I will negotiate the best deal possible without considering my piece of the pie. When they are happy they come back. Honesty – I am fortunate to work with an office that has expertise in various areas. When I don’t know the answer, I will research and find the best solution to issues. I will not make it up on the fly. My clients have put their trust in me, and I trust they will understand that I don’t know everything – but I certainly can learn it. Faith – I believe everything happens for a reason. I believe that God blesses me with clients to whom I will be a blessing.
