A little Super Mario fun at DeBary Elementary’s Trunk or Treat! 🍄🎃

Yesterday was all about costumes, candy, community, and making memories with our neighbors. We had so much fun dressing up as Mario & Luigi and joining in on the Halloween fun!

Events like this are one of the things that make a community feel like home. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who came out, dressed up, decorated their trunks, passed out candy, and made the evening so special for the kids!

What a fun night in DeBary! 🎃🍬

The Volusia County Fair is almost here!

One of my favorite things about living and working in Central Florida is getting to be part of the community beyond just real estate.

RUPP’S lpt Realty will have a tent at the Volusia County Fair again this year, come enjoy the rides, food, games, and all the fun the fair has to offer and make sure you stop by our tent while you're there! Just look for the big monster truck!

🎟️ November 5–15
📍 3150 E New York Ave., DeLand, FL 32724

We’ll have games, prizes, and plenty of family fun.

If you're planning to attend, let me know! I'd love to see some familiar faces and catch up!

What are you looking forward to the most about the fair? 👇

Sometimes, real estate brings up a lot of questions. And
sometimes, you just want to know what's happening around the community you call home.

That's why we're starting something new!

I'll be sharing helpful real estate tips, answering common buyer and seller questions, and highlighting the people, places, and happenings that make our Central Florida communities special.

Think of this as a little space to learn something new, discover something local, and stay connected.

What would you like me to talk about first? Drop your questions or suggest a local topic in the comments!

I'm glad you're here. Let's chat!

Sometimes the best weekends are the ones spent a little further beneath the surface. 🤿💙

This weekend was all about family, adventure, and making memories together underwater! From exploring the seagrass and spotting fish to getting a little goofy in our dive gear, it was one of those experiences we’ll be talking about for a long time.

Life gets busy, so I’m always grateful for the weekends that remind me to slow down, get outside, and enjoy the people I love most.

After all, home is more than four walls it’s the backdrop for the memories we make. ❤️

Halloween weekend is the perfect excuse to get out, explore a nearby town, and enjoy the little things that make a community feel like home.

If you're still deciding what to do this Saturday, here are three local options to consider:

- DeBary: Movie in the Park & Trunk or Treat.
- Longwood: Truck or Treat at Reiter Park.
- New Smyrna Beach: Fall Festival at the NSB Sports Complex.

Whether you're planning an outing with the kids or simply looking for a way to enjoy the fall season, there's something special about discovering what's happening right in your own backyard.

Which event would make your weekend plans?

🥰 Who wants to help make Thanksgiving a little brighter for a local family? 🦃🍂

I'm volunteering with the West Volusia Young Professionals Network for their Thanksgiving Food Drive, benefiting families in need through The Neighborhood Center in DeLand!

I've already collected 2 bags, but I'd love to collect as many as possible before November 5th! ❤️

Would you be willing to fill a bag? I'll make it easy! I can bring you an empty bag and even pick it up once it's filled. You don't have to worry about dropping anything off!

It's such a simple way to make a difference for a family right here in our community.

Who's in?! 🙋‍♀️ Comment below or send me a message, and I'll get a bag to you!

Let's see how many families we can help this Thanksgiving! 🧡
