The final beam is in place on the new St. Charles City Hall and City Centre Complex in St. Charles, MO!

Our team recently celebrated this major milestone with a topping off ceremony. Mayor Daniel Borgmeyer joined city leaders, staff, and our project partners to sign the last steel beam before it was raised into place.

We’re proud to be building a project that will connect historic Main Street, Frenchtown, and the riverfront. Thank you to the City of St. Charles for your partnership, and to our Russell team and trade partners for the hard work that got us here.

The Meadows At Wicklow is now open, bringing 240 new apartment homes to Nixa, MO.

Russell served as the construction partner for the community, delivering seven apartment buildings and a clubhouse across three phases. From studio to three-bedroom homes, the development offers a range of living options alongside a pool, fitness center, dog park, and walking trail.

Across our offices, the team brought the spooky season spirit with costume contests, a crock pot cook-off, a potluck, a pumpkin decorating competition, and plenty of candy to go around.

Exterior walls are complete and steel installation is underway at the new Schnucks grocery store in Creve Coeur, MO!

Another great project completed and another milestone worth celebrating!

Our Russell team recently celebrated the ribbon cutting for Southway Storage, a newly constructed 289-unit self-storage facility in Southwest Missouri.

The project included extensive site development, utility installation, concrete foundations, pre-engineered metal buildings, and complete interior and exterior construction.

It’s always rewarding to see a project come to life and celebrate alongside the people who helped make it happen. We’re proud of our team and grateful for the opportunity to help bring another quality development to the community.

Building for higher education means building around people. For St. Louis Community College, Russell has been doing exactly that across three campuses.

🎒 Meramec’s Student Center received a renovation, while new electrical switchgear upgraded the Central Utility Plant—the hub that powers every building on campus.

🚚 At Forest Park, we built the Transportation Education Center from the ground up, bringing automotive, diesel, and truck driving programs under one roof.

🚧 Our work at Florissant Valley included interior renovations, demolition of four underutilized buildings, and regrading the grounds to improve accessibility.

Together, that’s 224,000 s.f. of new and renovated space for students, delivered in phases, often in occupied buildings, and without interrupting classes.

Three campuses, three different scopes, and one shared goal: modern spaces that support student success.
