Our neighbour Michael who has the house opposite our villa always does a fantastic Halloween display. He’s still got a fair bit to do (I’ve tried telling home he needs to hurry up as we leave soon and I need pictures 😁) but here’s a video of how it looks so far.

Having never hit a golf ball for about 12 years, we had friends staying with us recently and decided to go to the driving range at Providence Golf Club. After they departed we met up with some other friends this week who also own a villa at Providence and keen golfers. Told them about my visit to the driving range and after encouraging, cajoling, bullying (take your pick 🤣) I am now playing a round with them this afternoon. Having nothing with me yesterday took a trip to get a pair of shoes and golf shirt and couldn’t believe it when came across these - hoping it’s a good omen but just had to buy a box!
