The Grand Estate of Grand Falls Circle

Over a (feels much larger) half an acre+ creek lot just yearning to be enjoyed and used for entertaining your family and guests.

The captivating foyer with the stunning rounded staircase welcomes you to the warmth of this home. The rounded wood plank ceiling in the formal dining adds to the unique architectural appeal that you’ll really need to see for yourself.

No cookie cutter house here. Every inch of this home is intentional and custom built.
The current owner gave you a head start on a tastefully designed remodeled kitchen.

This stunner has
🛏️6 bedrooms
🛀6 full baths and 2 half baths.
🖨️A glass pocket-door office.
🎡Large upstairs family room with a balcony
🎥Media Room + Wet Bar
🏎️4 Car Garage

Happy 1️⃣4️⃣ to us!
I’m so very proud of us. It’s amazing to me that we can continue to learn things about each other and these life lessons with each part of this journey together.
I feel so thankful that the Lord has blessed our marriage and our little family.
I’m thankful you love me when I’m being unlovable.
I’m thankful you’re such a fierce protector and provider.
Love you Hubs! Cheers to 114 more

Raising the boys is the best most magical and difficult job I have.
To train them up in the way they should go✝️.
Reminding them their identity is found in the Lord and not what people think or say of them.
(I struggle with this too)
To teach them to treat people with kindness even when it’s not reciprocated.
To discern real friends from fake ones.
And when to walk away and stand your ground.

But there is soooo much goodness between.
The looking back to make sure I’m watching. They tell me I’m beautiful. That I don’t need to dress up or put on makeup. They hold my hand (when no one is watching). They still come and cuddle to watch movies with me. The long long hugs at bedtime even when I’m being a total grump. These boys are my greatest accomplishment in this life. I wish I could have 5 more just like them. I pray for their future wives on the regular.

Thank you Lord for blessing me with this family. I know I fail at something every day..but I promise I’m cherishing them and doing my best.

Hey Yall,
Just a quick word from the OG Duo.

We pray for yall. Every house. Every family. Every slight change or thing we have to negotiate. A prayer is lifted up on your behalf.
We spend so much time with each of you, and you confide in us. Lean on us. Ask for guidance or advice on things that sometimes aren’t even real estate related. We pray about it, for you. For your babies, for your grandbabies, for your grandpa, your great Aunt. Even for the other agents and their clients.
Real estate is more than houses, it’s you.
Each of you has a different story & journey that we feel so blessed to be part of. Not every sale is a happy one, not every sale is smooth, lots of times they are. But a prayer is said for each or them. Especially ones of praise!

We feel so honored to pray for you. Thanks for letting us in
