🎉 THIRD CLOSING OF THE MONTH! 🎉

Happy Closing Day Gaby & Alan! 🏡✨

This journey started back in early September when they decided it was time for a bigger home for their beautiful family. We got the ball rolling, found the perfect fit, & made it happen!

💪 We negotiated $10,000 in closing costs & a home warranty!

Thank you for trusting me with such a special milestone. Wishing you both endless blessings & beautiful memories in your new home! 🥂🏠

🚨🔑 HAPPY CLOSING DAY, HAKiM! 🏡

Sold him a car. 🏎️
Sold him a home. 🚗➡️🏡
Talk about a full circle moment!

After selling this client my car last year, he reached out in September to purchase a new home. It only took 1 week to find “the one” in his ideal neighborhood & 3 weeks to close. 🔥

The best part? The savings:
💰 $29k off purchase price
💰 $10,000 in closing costs
💰 Total of $39,000 back in his pocket!

Strategy wins in this buyers market!
Congrats! 🔑✨

Huge shout out to Joella & her team at Townsquare Mortgage for always pulling all stops for my clients!

From selling my car to selling a home!
🚗 ➡️ 🏡

Congratulations to my home buyer on getting his offer accepted! 🔥 I met this client by selling him my car last year. Fast forward to a few weeks ago…. After virtually touring 6 homes, we locked down the perfect property & negotiated a great deal in the neighborhood he wanted.

One step closer to the closing table! 🔑

SOLD- Congratulations to my sellers on a successful closing day! 🏡 We hit the ground running with this one:

📈 30+ private showings
🥂 2 successful open houses
💰 Negotiated OVER asking price

The secret sauce? Great presentation meets strategic pricing for today’s market. 🔥 When you know where the value is, the results follow! 📉

So happy for you both. Cheers to your next chapter! 🥂

Another home buyer is on their way to the closing table with a HELL of a deal! 🔥🔑

This client was referred to me by a past client, the biggest compliment I could ask for! 🙏 After touring homes for a few weeks, we finally found this beauty. 🏡✨

Yes, interest rates have increased… but with the RIGHT team (lender + realtor), you can still negotiate a great deal! 💪💰

Buyers ‼️don’t let the headlines scare you. Let’s talk strategy. 📲

Congratulations to my buyers! 🎉 Can’t wait to hand over those keys! 🔑

“If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go FAR, go together.” 😭 🙏 Thank you all for your trust, your referrals, & your support. ♥️ 🏙️

I’ve been voted one of D Magazine’s Best Real Estate Agents for 2026, & I honestly had to sit with this one for a minute. 🔑 🏆

What you don't see on this feed is the blood, sweat, & (yes) tears that go into building this business. But you know what makes the grind worth it? Amazing clients who trust me with their biggest assets and biggest dreams. This business is not for the faint of heart, but YOU make every single second worth it. 🫶🏼

To every client who trusted me with their move, their investment, & their story thank you. From the absolute bottom of my heart. This award is YOURS as much as it is mine. I wouldn’t be here without your faith in me.

Cheers to continuing to serve you with everything I’ve got!!! 🏡💫
