One of the exciting parts of this purchase was that we used a DSCR Loan — a great financing option that can be especially useful for real estate investors.

💡 What is a DSCR Loan?
DSCR stands for Debt Service Coverage Ratio. Unlike a traditional mortgage that primarily focuses on your personal income, a DSCR loan can qualify an investor based largely on the income the investment property is expected to generate.
