Develop and manage high-quality affordable rental housing for low- and moderate-income families, senior citizens and special needs populations. Provide low-interest housing rehabilitation loans to help low- and moderate-income homeowners make necessary home repairs. Help Polk County residents purchase their first homes and build other financial and personal assets by providing educational programs, credit and homebuyer counseling, Individual Development Accounts (IDAs), and other resources. Enrich the lives of its residents by providing resident services including tenant mediation, resource and referral, asset-building opportunities and youth programs.
