One of the most underrated parts of this job is getting to walk through some of the most beautiful homes across Dallas and see just how creative people get with their spaces.

Most think the reward is when a deal closes. But there's a deeper appreciation that comes after. That's when the real magic happens, when you finally get to see the reward of what you do every day.

Families settling into their homes. Holidays around a new table. Taking the kids for a walk down a street that's finally theirs.

That's the part of this job that never gets old.

After working with so many buyers searching for their forever home, I've noticed the same thing happen again and again.

A house can look perfect in photos and still be missing something that really matters five or ten years down the road.
