💥 SOLD in Rockmart, GA (story time ⬇️)

This one required full attention to detail from start to finish.

There were not 1.. not 2.. not 3…. but 7 amendments to the original contract.

Every deadline came down to the wire. We had a verbal agreement to extend the due diligence period, but with only a few minutes left and no seller signatures in hand, we terminated the transaction to protect my clients earnest money. Once the signed extension came through, we reinstated and kept moving forward.

During the process, we discovered a major concern with the electrical panel and negotiated for it to be replaced.

After following up several days in a row, with less than 24hrs from closing, we discovered the electrical panel had not been replaced as agreed to. Went back to the drawing board again and negotiated for the sellers to fund the replacement at closing.

We have officially closed and I am coordinating with our contractors so the remaining work is handled for my clients.

Some transactions move smoothly from start to finish. Others require attention to detail, organization, communication, persistence, and someone willing to find solutions when the original plan falls through.

I would do it all over again to see my clients in the home they wanted to call their own. I am not here to sell you something, I am here to help you get where you’re going.

Cade & Nevaeh, congratulations on your new home! Thank you for trusting me and giving me the opportunity to put my skills to the test. Let’s party🕺🏼

Taste of Carrollton was a good one 👏

Downtown was packed, the food was solid, and it was one of those nights that reminded me how much there is to do around West Georgia.

The North Georgia State Fair is back 🎡

It runs September 24 – October 4 at Jim R. Miller Park in Marietta, so if you’re looking for something fun to do over the next couple weeks, this is an easy one to add to the list.

A few things worth knowing:
• Kids 10 & under get in free
• Parking is free
• Saturday, Sept. 26 has free admission + free rides from 10–11 AM

A couple years ago we had the opportunity to visit the 9/11 memorial & museum in New York City. It’s hard to put into words how it felt to see and hear the stories from that day, in the same place it happened.

Seeing the items… The stained clothing & shoes, handwritten notes and even seeing a half melted Georgia drivers license made it feel extremely personal and real.

Remembering those who lost their lives that day. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

💥SOLD in Rockmart

For over a year, me and my clients have talked about putting their home on the market. The timing was finally right. We went live on August 13th and were under contract THE SAME DAY AT FULL LIST PRICE 🎉. So awesome 🙏🏼

We negotiated a strong offer, worked through inspections, coordinated contractor visits, kept the timeline moving, and officially closed today.

All while being in the process of purchasing your next home. So thankful for the opportunity to plan, coordinate and execute on this first step with you guys.

Cade and Nevaeh, I am truly appreciative for the chance to work with you. We will continue moving forward, and are one step closer to getting you guys into your new place. It’s very special to watch your first home go, but I am so excited to help you move onto the next chapter in your lives! We aren’t there yet, but I can see the finish line in the distance 🙌🏼🏁
