Last week I shared the beginning of Yolanda’s story. Today, I want you to hear it from her. ❤️🏡

She almost waited. And now… she’s a HOMEOWNER! 🏡🔑❤️

Yolanda and I go all the way back to high school. Life happened, years passed, and like so many of us do, we stayed connected through Facebook.

Last year, she sent me a message about possibly purchasing a home. Then recently, she reached back out—but this time she was thinking maybe she should wait a little longer.

I told her, “Just give me 15 minutes. Let’s talk about where you are before you decide to wait. You might be surprised.”

And look at God. 🙌🏾

We’re standing here holding a CLOSED sign! 🔑🏡

We found a home that gave her what she was looking for AND fit within her budget. She didn’t have to force it. She didn’t have to settle. She just needed to know what was actually possible.
