Before Primestor began transforming neighborhoods, it had to transform its founders.

Our President and Co-Founder, Leandro Tyberg, is featured in Hispanic Executive’s Hispanic Heritage Month 2026 series.
In 1992, Leandro rebuilt a burned-down building in South Central LA into a Head Start center for local families. He learned the trade one ditch at a time, and that project became the foundation for Primestor.

34 years later:
8,000+ local construction jobs
20,000 permanent local jobs
7M+ sq. ft. of urban land remediated

Relationship building has always been at the center of how we work.
The conversations we had at ICSC are an extension of the partnerships that move our work forward, from the continued progress of The Walk in Norwalk to the opportunities ahead at Chula Vista Center and across our growing portfolio.

These projects are about more than development. They’re about bringing the right partners together, creating places that respond to their communities, and building long-term value.

Our booth gave us a place to connect, share what we’re working on, and continue conversations that extend well beyond the show floor.

Arturo Sneider will be in Miami for the Global Capital Symposium, October 13–15, connecting with institutional investors, asset managers, business leaders, and policymakers from across the Americas.
 
The Symposium is all about # building relationships, access to capital, and creating new opportunities for investment and economic growth.

REĀL Los Angeles for Nueva Gen Cafecito is coming to the historic L.A. County General Hospital campus on September 18, and we’re proud to host.

There are few places in Los Angeles that carry as much memory as this campus. For generations, it was where Boyle Heights, East LA and most of LA came for care. Today, it’s where Primestor and our Centennial Partners are working to build its next chapter.

Our own Eddie Pech, Assistant Project Manager at Primestor, will share a story that runs straight through it. Eddie grew up about a mile from the hospital. Now he’s helping advance the vision for its future. That kind of full-circle path is exactly what this morning is about: showing students and early-career professionals that there’s a place for them in commercial real estate, and that the work can lead them back to the communities that raised them.

We’re looking forward to welcoming students and CRE professionals for a morning of connection, conversation, and a closer look at a project rooted in community.

Familia, comida, risas… y un recordatorio de que este equipo sabe celebrar tan bien como construye. 🖤
Last Friday, we traded deadlines and meetings for quality time at our annual Primestor Company Picnic. Families joined us for an afternoon filled with great food, meaningful connections, and a little friendly competition.
Five teams stepped up for our World Cup Penalty Shootout, with an estimated 71 penalty kicks, 39 goals scored, and Team ¿Y Si Sí? taking home the championship. 🏆⚽ While the world celebrated España, we celebrated our own winning team.
More than the final score, it was a reminder that the strongest teams are built not only through the work we do, but through the moments we share together.
Here’s to the people who make Primestor what it is, on and off the clock. 💙
