From raw ground to investment opportunity.
This project was a little more personal—my clients were also good friends. I had the opportunity to shape and build the footprint for four investment properties, turning an open piece of land into the foundation for what’s next.
There’s a lot that goes into preparing a property before the first building ever goes up. Grading, access, layout, and planning all have to come together—and that’s where we put in the work.
Proud to be a part of bringing this vision to life and even more proud to do it for friends who trusted me with the job.
