🏡❤️ Congratulations on your new home!

Every closing is special, but this one is just a little extra special to me.

Over the years, I’ve learned that family isn’t always about sharing the same blood. Sometimes, the people who come into your life, choose to love you, stand beside you, celebrate with you, and become part of your everyday life end up feeling every bit as much like family. And that’s exactly what you are to me.

Being able to be a part of such a special milestone for people I love made this closing mean so much more.

I’m so incredibly happy for you and excited for this next chapter. Here’s to a beautiful new home, new memories, and many happy years ahead. Mark Laura Henderson Sarah Jenkins

🎉 CONGRATULATIONS to my buyer! 🏡❤️

I am SO incredibly happy for you and excited to officially say, WELCOME TO CITRUS COUNTY! 🌴☀️

Every real estate transaction has a lot of moving parts, but this one had a few more than usual! This was a simultaneous closing, which meant we were waiting on funds from my buyer’s buyer and their lender to make their way to a second title company before we could complete our closing.

Two title companies. Two lenders. Multiple real estate agents. Two transactions happening simultaneously. A whole lot of communication, coordination, and behind-the-scenes moving pieces! 😅

And somehow… it all came together completely seamlessly! 🙌

A huge THANK YOU to Manatee Title, Coastal Title, Citrus Craft Homes, and Cole Barlow with Movement Mortgage for the communication, teamwork, and professionalism that helped make this transaction such a success.

Congratulations again to my wonderful buyer! I couldn’t be happier for you and hope you absolutely love your new home and everything Citrus County has to offer. 🏡💛

Welcome home! 🥂 🔑
