Let's call it 6 stars! About 18 months ago, Chip inspected my daughter's new home and I saw the report he created and knew that he'd be the one I'd call when I needed the service. He did not disappoint! Everything about Chip and Upper Cumberland is customer focused. His honesty and integrity are overwhelmingly apparent and his knowledge of home inspection is outstanding. We had a scheduling issue requiring Chip to return for a second time and he never said a word about the inconvenience. I'm a general contractor and have built many homes but what Chip does is a different skill set. You might think you know what you're looking at but trust me, give Chip a call and let him provide peace of mind knowing that there's no problems lurking in the home you're purchasing. Simply put, Chip went above and beyond, delivered an outstanding summary of my property and made us feel like we had a true expert representing our interests. Thank you Chip!
